Two days ago I received an offer via Sedo for the domain name TownHomeInsurance.net, since I am a bit rusty when it comes to flipping domain names I contacted one of my domainer friends who tends to specialize in flipping and he promptly said send it to auction.  I’m glad he said this, because I completely overlooked this option.  Let me restate that!  I completely forgot about this feature.

The initial offer that I received for the domain name was $150.  This was a hand reg domain name so I will make a decent profit regardless of the final auction price.  Here is the description I included for the domain name:
