Thanks for pointing this out, cybersquatting gives domainers a bad name.  In my efforts to acquire domain names which pertain to my local area I made sure that there were no trademark issues when doing so.  You are completely correct by saying that Ladera is a geographical term as it refers to the community I live in which is known as Ladera Heights.  The center is definitely generic and there are no trademarks held for the overall term of &quot;Ladera Heights&quot;.</description>
