Back in September 2008 we heard about the commonwealth of Kentucky seizing gambling domains. In January of 2009 the Kentucky Court of Appeals stated that the state does not have the jurisdiction to seize Internet domain names which pertain to gambling. Since this has been a hot topic we decided to turn this into a comic strip. Enjoy part one of Kentucky Seizes Gambling Domains!
